1. Delivery terms
The delivery time may vary depending on the chosen delivery method, 24 hours if "sent by agency" is chosen and the order is received before 1:00 p.m. or 2/3 days if mail is chosen, also if Any type of change will be mentioned in our order confirmation. Any delay or breakdown that the material may suffer in the course of its delivery to the customer, or due to force majeure, will not result in the cancellation of the order or suspension of payment.
2. Expedition · Portes
Unless expressly instructed by the client, the means and lines of transport that we deem appropriate for the issuance of our material will be chosen, always trying to be the most economical, fastest and safest for the client.
3. Claims
After fifteen days of the delivery of our material no claim or refund will be accepted on it. The return of the material for manifest disagreement within the aforementioned period, and accepted by us, will be made through the channel that we agree.
